MEET RAQUEL
With more than two decades in the hospitality industry, I’ve worked professionally as a Conference Director & Live Event Producer in the world of business and association events, media production, and event technology implementation. I excel at managing teams of multimedia artists, executing project timelines, establishing creative direction, and nurturing client, vendor and speaker relationships.
I lead event and audio visual teams to cohesively facilitate live events.
As a producer and event technologist I've ensured the integrity of show branding from registration materials to general session staging to digital signage and mobile app design. I produce graphics, videos, and presentations. I have managed the production of corporate and association conferences, general sessions, board meetings, executive retreats, keynote luncheons, and awards ceremonies and galas.
I am dedicated to strategic logistical planning, organized media asset management, seamless event technology user experiences and overall project success from the client's perspective.
